E-Consultation/Anima Watch this Space

Thank you to everyone who continues to contact us digitally. This frees up the phone for those patients who struggle to contact us digitally. We have had great feedback from patients who contact us this way. It is efficient quick and easy to use.

We will shortly be moving over to a different digital platform called Anima, as E-Consultation is being decommissioned. We will let you have more details when dates are confirmed. If you would like to find out more about Anima please look at this You Tube link.

Flu  Vaccinations

Flu vaccination clinics start in October this year.

If you are eligible for a free flu jab we will shortly be contacting you inviting you in to receive a vaccination.

Not sure if you are eligible? Please see this link.

We shall also be administering COVID vaccines. More details to follow.

Patient Participation Group (PPG)

Our group meets four times a year to discuss all issues surrounding the surgery. It gives a platform for patients to make positive suggestions about the practice, and to be an advocate for patient preferences when appropriate. It provides a means for practice staff to inform patients about the reality of running a General Practice. Our PPG represents the whole practice population, not personal or individual views. If you would like to get involved please simply turn up to the next meeting. This is at 6pm at Woodlands on Wednesday 30th July.

Childhood Immunisations

Are your children up to date with their childhood immunisations?

In the UK, parents can decide whether or not to have their children immunized. Immunization, also known as vaccination, is recommended because it can protect your child against serious and potentially deadly diseases.

Vaccines work by teaching your child's immune system to produce antibodies that fight infection. This is safer than catching the disease and treating it. Immunization can also protect other people in your community, such as babies who are too young to be vaccinated or people who are too ill to be vaccinated. Please contact us to book your child an appointment if they are not up to date.
