TEST RESULTS
For reasons of confidentiality we are only able to give results to the patient, unless under 16 years old or in exceptional circumstances.
If you wish the result to be given to someone else, please inform the doctor or nurse beforehand.
REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
Please ask for these at the reception desk or in writing, using the special forms where possible. Please allow at least two working days notice.
We are unable to accept telephone calls. Although we have several lines, they may block urgent calls.
Repeat prescriptions can only be obtained during our normal working week as the out of hours services are unable to deal with these.
